Project Description:
** This is for Modification of our Existing Pay Per View Chat Script: ppvchat(those familiar with pay per view should be familiar with this script).

If you Already have a Good Pay Per View Script that you can Modify to our specifications and works with Flash Media Server then we are open to discussion.

Budget: we have a limited budget and we need your absolute lowest Bid for this project. This project could be Ongoing work and provide much more income down the line we want to establish a longterm relationship with the coder.
Project Requirements:

Coder Must have Flash Media Server Experience/working with Live Streaming Projects and Pay Per View Scripts.

Awarded Coder Must be able to agree to Full Non-Disclosure.. we are customizing an existing script and we require exclusive right to the end product. We will not be reselling the site this is for our Own Website.

We Need this Project Completed As Quickly As Possible!

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in Running form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
    a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
    b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
